The Operational Dashboard displays the current state of your device fleet.
Dashboard high level windows lead to
urgent action screens.
Click the Dashboard button
to learn more about the Open Dashboard.

to learn more about the Key Metrics area.
The Key Metrics area is a viewable only section that
provides high level device details at a glance.
The Panels Section act as buttons that lead to fleet management tools or sections.
The panel configuration may change depending on user and administrative settings.

The Dashboard is used by an operational person or Level 1 helpdesk to get a quick snapshot of the health of the fleet or submit service and supply requests.

Click the Device Managers Down panel
to open the information window.
Xerox Device Managers reside in a client environment and talks to all of the devices to make sure that they are all online and operational. It is imperative that device managers are up and running to deliver client SLA’s.
You can sort by the column headings, group by column headings or select a Device Manager to get more information.
You notice an error message with one of the devices.
Click the Device Manager row to select that device.
With the Device Manager selected,
Click the Set Action Status button.
You have taken care of the error on the device.
Click the Comment Field to leave a message.

Click the Save button
to update the Action Status.
You have updated the Action Status for that device.
Click the No Communication panel to continue.
The No Communication panel shows which devices are offline.
Click the View button to see more details about that device.
The No Communication panel allows a user to see which printers are offline and view other device specific details.
The view option provides all available details for a specific device.

The Supplies panel shows which devices are in need of supplies.
Click the View button to see more details about that device.
This view shows the current status of supplies, service requests and open orders.

The Services panel shows which devices are in need of service.

The Key Metrics section shows the current state for:
• How many devices are managed vs. unmanaged for
both Xerox and non-Xerox devices
• The percentage of black and white vs. color prints
• How many managed devices are networked.
(Easier to manage networked devices so we want to
make that # as high as possible.)
• Proactive incident resolution vs. reactive.
(we are aiming to have a very high proactive %)
